Which risk do I have?
We only get paid a commission when we bring results! This means that you only pay us when we successfully rent your property and generate revenue. If we're unable to rent your property, so you have zero risks!
Can I cancel my contract?
Yes, you can cancel your contract in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our agreement.
Access
Yes! We understand that sometimes owners need to access their property during the rental period. We'll work with you to coordinate access and ensure that it doesn't disrupt the guest experience.
How do I get paid?
We keep accurate and detailed records of all income and expenses related to your property. You will receive a monthly statement with all income and our commission. Your income will be transferred on the first of every month.

We are international so we manage properties in alot of different countries. We are represented in the Middle East and Europe.
